- The west side is a fully screened wall when the garage door is in the open position. This makes the room an effective summer kitchen for your personal use.
- Personal cooking is done on a propane fired single burner unit.
- Proprietary products that require heat are processed in the same equipment we brew beer in.
- Our well water has been approved by the Ozark County Health Department each time it has been tested.
- A Macintosh computer with Quicken business records and crop records can be made available.
